Metal Gear Solid Rising is not a sequel, it’s a side-story. It doesn’t even feature Solid Snake in it. This time, Raiden is the main character.
In the beginning, people thought it would be an Xbox 360 exclusive, but turns out that it will be out for the PS3, Xbox 360, and PC. Konami (the company that made it) confirmed it.
This week on Amazon.com Metal Gear Solid 4 has made a come back to the Top 20 Games Chart. What the heck is happening here?!?
So, there you go, Metal Gear Solid 4 has now been in the top 100 gaming charts for well over a year now. But why is this? Are MGS gaming addicts feeling a sense of loss that Solid Snake isn’t in Metal Gear Solid Rising?
Recently, the genius and creator of the Metal Gear Solid series, Hideo Kojima, was reported on speaking about the difference in his development team; with the PSP team trying to push the series further, but with big technical restraints from the PSP, where as the MGS Rising team have a huge budget and graphically, the tech side of things are not as pressed as Metal Gear Solid Rising will be rolled out across the XBox 360, PS3 & PC.
Kojima said, “The PSP [team] is working day and night to make [Peace Walker] even better than MGS4
Everyone now knows that Metal paraphernalia Solid: future is coming to the 360 (WOOT WOOT) and it will be starring Raiden, not Snake. But on the Kojima vexer site there was an ikon of Big Boss, and I have read on both sites that there are rumblings of there being a second game in employment for the PS3 starring Big Boss. It would make sense, neither will star snake, but one game will feature the rise of Raiden, thence Metal Gear Solid: Rising, and the other give probably feature the weakening of Big Boss, belike called Metal Gear Solid: Downfall. I suspect if the game is realistic then perhaps we will see it tomorrow at Sony’s E3 press conference (Gotta love those safety E’s).
okay i am just curious so dont be every jerks and come out saying “fanboy!” or something like that.
Metal Gear Solid: Rising, is upcoming to both the 360 and the PS3 soon. I want to know about the graphics. Last year MGS4 came to PS3 and was on Blu-Ray format. a 50gb disk, which still barely held the data.
so when ascending comes out, will they tone down the 360’s graphics only or will they tone down bothe 360 and PS3 graphics?
Or are both grapics the same and there will be absolutely no difference? I am vindicatory curious.
I mean, it wouldn’t really damage since the Metal paraphernalia series is amazing. But I would be relieved if it also came to the PS3… So testament it, or testament Konami make it an Xbox 360 exclusive?
