I read on Wikipedia that there is another teaser for Metal Gear Solid: Rising which features Raiden, with sword drawn, crouching on the back of what appears to be Crying Wolf. I haven’t seen this teaser and I was wondering if anyone else has seen it and has a link to it, I know Wikipedians can be full of crap but I’m just curious if its real or not?

That “trailer” is not a trailer, it’s a teaser image. Not all wikipedia articles are crap, most of them are very accurate.
You can check it out here (See Sources Section). This is the Metal Gear Wiki, which contains accurate information on every Metal Gear game. Scroll down to the gallery, it’s the second picture.
The said trailer was shown during Konami’s E3 Keynote. Here’s a link to the image:

I’m afraid I can’t find the trailer itself. And there doesn’t appear to be any live footage from that Keynote speech. Can’t help you much more than that.
